i propose next outing (after the new year eve's gathering) is to go visit a fish foot spa!! let the fishes eat all our yucky dead skin..

The cars involved:
XiaoHei-"driver" JW, "Commsman" Yap, "Da sao" Reg, mei and Andrew just sleep Zzz. Entertainment on board : Rubik's cube(very irritating cos' cannot solve) and song tt old pple like.

Accoms : Brisdale hotel and Ciris(??) hotel at Chow kit area(red light district)
Food consumed : Nandos, Fish and co., Baskin Robbins, Old asia cafe, Paddington's house of pancakes(yum!), teppanyski, hotel breakfast(sucky),Hawker fare @ bukit bintang, chicken rice, chendol and ice kachang from malacca + etc etc..
Activities: climb!, shop, eat, movies(i am legend and national treasure), facial masks, pedicure, junk gift exchange(success!we have pretty good junks..)
New discoveries : Yap has the smallest ape index(the only one with negative ape index)and he is also the dead fish =P

Climbing @ French School

Just did my first high wall route set @ french school. In case there is anyone in doubt, Yup, it's high wall, U didn't hear wrongly.. xoxo. Only 1 thing to say, it's damn shack... - hanging on harness (leg pain) & pulling yourself up a tileless wall (shoulder pain) ... - shack!... Anyway today, we got our weekend climb khakis + sandra to come help us test the routes... heeez.. Check out our fun climb @ french school...

For all those who are interested in an additional climbing session on Sunday @ NUS, I think Jensen has already mentioned that the rock gym might be closed 'cos they are using it as a store for their camp. For your notice. Also, rest of dino girls should be lounging at the Sentosa beach. =)

(cos it feels as if all the events only happened yest!) Of all the photos, I like the one taken after Climb On at Sentosa!!!! Hee.... When Alv, Shumei, KS are all freshies!!!! Look at the tan we got from Climb on! Definitely one of the best climbing experience I had! hoho...

Oh ya! I did not wear the same attire for both sports ball! Only the Shirt is the same! The jackets are different... (Actually I accidentally wore my dad's jacket on the first sports ball... lol)

Sunday bouldering...

Hi all,

Nothing much to update but just wanted to give a shout-out to dinos out there. We are having a mini climbing session at CA every Sunday quite regularly. Feel free to come and join us!

CA bouldering is not too bad; I particularly like the roof section. I really suck at roof routes and having such a long roof section helps me train on my roof-climbing techniques. =)

Will try to include photos of our climbing sessions next time. Cheers~

Welcome Note

Hello everyone, welcome to the NUS dino climbing team's blog! =) Hopefully this blog shall serve its purpose as the main communication platform for the members of our elusive team.

I am the current President of the NUS dino climbing blog and all interested parties are strongly welcomed & encouraged to overthrow me please. =) Otherwise, I shall just try to do my best in my temporary occupancy of this role. =p

Due to space & time constraints (mainly time), our team has yet to conduct any meetings, thus a brief idea of the team goals & objectives shall be temporarily set by me. All comments & suggestions are welcome.

NUS dino Team Key Objectives:

1. To create a regular climbing group amongst NUS dinos.
2. Overseas trips to various new & exciting climbing areas, (can also include non-climbing activities such as shopping).
3. Achievements at climbing competitions (at least for the beginning so that our team gains greater exposure).
4. Expand membership (including active members, dormant members, sleeping members, 'coma' members etc.)

Shall set up a comment-box soon and invite all current & potential members to our blog soon.

Btw, achievements can take any form; after all, as our NUS dinos saying goes, "Lose person, cannot lose face/style." (Direct translation from Chinese =p)
